Huh?! is a voice-to-text accessibility application designed to help people with hearing difficulties by providing real-time transcription of spoken words. The App uses speech recognition technology to convert audio input into readable text displayed on your device.
The service is provided "as is" and we strive to maintain high accuracy, but transcription results may vary based on audio quality, background noise, accents, and other factors.

Premium subscriptions provide unlimited usage, advanced features, and ad-free experience. Subscription fees are charged through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

The Huh?! App, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the App, but grant us permission to process your audio data to provide transcription services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and any data stored on our servers may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
